Kokedama – Moss Ball Workshop

Spend the afternoon with us creating these beautiful Japanese-inspirited Kokedama balls! Loosely translated, Kokedama means (koke) moss (dama) ball.

During this workshop you will learn to create this Japanese centuries-old gardening art of wrapping plant roots with moss and binding with string to create a living sculpture that can be displayed hanging or on a decorative perch.

All the supplies, step-by-step instruction and aftercare tips will be provided to make up to 3 pot-less plants with the option to make hanging or table-top versions.

As you build your mossy round friends, you will be working with natural elements such as plants, wet soil, moss, and twine. so come prepared to get your hands dirty!
