Colour theory classes with Jayne Couch—pick as many as you want! Cost varies with number of classes chosen.

This course offers an easy-to-understand journey into the complexities of colour space using oil paints. Make sense of what can seem overwhelming with a step-by-step approach into the fundaments of colour, hue, chroma, and value. Exercises investigate the behaviour of each single pigment, the hue, value, and chroma in oil paint.

COURSE OUTLINE

PRIMARY: Red/Yellow/Blue SECONDARY: Purple/Green/Orange

Beginner: Scale Intermediate: Sphere
